2 Position Tenant/Landlord Bypass Key- Save yourself a headache when you are hours away from your rental properties. This unique option OVERRIDES THE COIN ACCEPTOR/VALIDATOR from outside without accessing the coin box.

Note: Switch is installed per box. If you need one for dryer and one for washer then you need to order TWO (2).

This bypass key overrides the coin function of the SmartCoinBox. Ideal for your friends, relatives or guests that you allow to use your laundry equipment for free. This function is also perfect if you are into AirBnB, Bed and Breakfast business or short term rental business wherein you allow your house cleaners, housekeepers to use your laundry machines to wash linen, seat covers, blankets for example without them accessing your coin box.

I have two smartcoinboxes bought two years ago. Few occasions I have tenants jamming the coin slot with bad coins paralyzing the usage of the coin box. I am 4 to 5  hours away from my rental and cannot immediately go there to fix it. Meanwhile the rest of the tenants are screaming that they need the laundry machines fixed asap. This new option solved my problem. I brought back the two boxes to their shop and Elmer installed two bypass keys on them. Gave my property manager a copy of bypass key ...and even her cannot access my coin box! Perfect! Now I don't need to worry even if I'm away on a vacation. Thanks!
