Thanks for the solution April 15, 2019 Reviewer: John Campbell from MB-SK Border (Trans-Canada HIWAY)   We own few campgrounds along TransCanada hiway and more than a year ago we bought a pair from this company for trial. Our location is remote and bringing in a technician for repairs of our commercial coin machines is a nightmare and not cheap. There was a glitch though on one of their boxes few months ago but they are quick enough to identify the fault and ended up sending parts with instructions. Now with summer coming which is a very busy season for us, we bought 4 more sets to slowly replace existing commercial machines which are not worth fixing. What I like with their system is very easy to repair and we are not dependent on anybody. Its also Canadian made with parts in stock. Any issues we just call them and they will describe exactly what is wrong and how to fix it.  Thanks again. January 13, 2019 Reviewer: Ronaldo Pereira from Malton Mississauga   I bought 2 smartcoinboxes last summer but last week my dryer coin module stop accepting coins. After several minutes on the phone with a tech guy he was convinced something is wrong with the module. Brought it to their shop for repair. He was right. It seems one smart tenant insert a "sticky" coin on the slot making all the coins not to slide properly. He cleaned it up. Tested. Done. He did not charge me anything. He said its no big deal. But he jokingly said, Timmy's double double is fine. I took my box. Left and went back with a double double. He laughed. He said he was just kidding. Thanks again for excellent service! Canadian based and very knowledgeable technical support  I've been buying from them for the last 4 years. They only charge replacement parts when out of warranty. We said NO. As we pay the electricity bill and for sure the windows will be wide open even if the AC is on. Yes. They do that. Last month we bought 4 small window AC and installed 4 smarcointboxes with it. ..anticipating the summer heat. Now they will need to put coins every time they need the AC. We are still finding the right amount to charge them without being greedy. All we want is to use the AC if necessary without the windows wide open or their room is empty...Thanks smartcoinboxes! I told my wife that I am sure we can pay it off by just using the money collected from the coin tray. We paid around $700 tax in and to date (April) we are already half way of paying it off. I know I am saving on utilities as well because I noticed a big drop on the bills we are paying on our rental. Looking forward on getting another pair for our newly renovated basement apartment. I purchased my first one 6 years ago when the company was still located in Oshawa. I bought my 4th today for my other rentals. No issue about product breaking down. Boxes has paid for itself many times over. I used to buy the commercial laundry machines but when they break down, it is such a hassle calling for a technician. Never had a problem with this box.
